What We Do

For most small communities, wastewater treatment compliance is a very expensive and daunting concern. Through the "Clean Water Act", the EPA and DNR are working through regulations to create cleaner streams and rivers, but the current fix for a community to gain compliance can be very expensive, especially with a proposed reality of constructing a completely new lagoon systems. While these new lagoons work, they hold a multi-million dollar debt load for the community over a multi-decade time frame. We have found a new solution.

At BES Water Solutions, we are working to partner with these communities and state resources to provide the same clean water results, but at a much lower community expense. Our team has developed new technologies in dissolved oxygen saturation, and are also an exclusive carrier for top digestive enzymes. Accordingly, our Dissolved Oxygen Machine (DOM) has the potential to produce dissolved oxygen levels of +20 mg/l at the initial stages of the lagoon cycle. In comparison to average dissolved oxygen starting levels of 2-5 mg/l. Coupling this increase in oxygen saturation with industry leading enzymes, we provide the spark needed to bring wastewater lagoons back to life. Communities have found markedly improved water clarity, odor reduction, ammonia level reduction to state compliance levels, and significant reduction of biological sludge, all resulting from our innovative system.

We draw from the first lagoon into our enclosed container, through a side stream method, and use our proprietary system to release the industry leading levels of dissolved oxygen back into the same lagoon. Through the BES Water Solutions system, communities have the potential to see a 50-70% reduction in expense in comparison to the cost of installing new lagoon systems.
