Randy Seberg

Randy grew up in SE Iowa, graduated from Waco High School, and spent his first 30 years farming with his father. Many critical life lessons were developed during that time on perseverance, discipline and problem solving. Randy then moved to the lending and banking industry, where a customer and friend recruited him to become CFO, and eventual CEO, of a direct mail business centered out of Mt. Pleasant, IA. He developed this company through mergers and acquisitions into a multi-site international company centered on not-for-profit international organizations, raising capital through direct mail and technology. After retiring, Randy began working with Todd on the origin and development of BES Water Solutions, and to start working towards global, clean water solutions.

Randy lives with his wife, Kathy, in Mt. Pleasant, IA. They have three children, Aimee, Kim and Nathan, and six grandchildren.
